1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using BothCam, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BothCam on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
3. BothCam Pro — Subscriptions & Purchases
BothCam offers optional BothCam Pro access through in-app purchases processed by Apple. Pro may include weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime (non-consumable) purchase. Product names, durations, and prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Payment: All purchases are billed to your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the app.
- Manage or cancel: Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or Settings → Subscriptions) to manage or cancel BothCam Pro subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore:Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore prior BothCam Pro purchases on the same Apple ID.
- Refunds:Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We do not process refunds directly.
- Lifetime purchase: The lifetime option is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks BothCam Pro for as long as the app remains available, subject to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BothCam in violation of any law or third-party rights.
- Record people without their consent where required by law.
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, tamper with the app, or interfere with its operation.
5. Your Content
Photos and videos you capture remain yours. BothCam stores recordings locally on your device by default. You are responsible for how you use and share your content.
6. Disclaimers
BothCam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dual-camera availability depends on your iPhone model and iOS version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BothCam. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for BothCam Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
8. Apple Terms
BothCam is licensed, not sold, to you. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must comply with applicable Apple Media Services Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the Effective Date. Continued use of BothCam after changes constitutes acceptance.
