By downloading, accessing, or using the Cupely application or website (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have the necessary parental consent to use the application.
3. Accounts, Security, and Pairing
To use Cupely, you must create an account and pair it with your partner. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Because Cupely is an app designed for two people, you agree to only pair with a consenting partner. Any unauthorized use or pairing attempts using another person’s information will result in immediate termination of your account.
4. User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct
You are solely responsible for the photos, messages, and answers you upload to the Services. While Cupely is a private space for you and your partner, you agree NOT to use the App to:
- Harass, abuse, or engage in malicious behavior towards your partner or anyone else.
- Upload or share unlawful, exploitative, or non-consensual restricted material.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Cupely infrastructure.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Cupely App, including but not limited to the codebase, designs, interactive games (Love Puzzles), illustrations, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Cupely. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Cupely is a lifestyle and entertainment application designed to foster connection. It is not a substitute for professional couples counseling, therapy, or medical advice. We provide our Services on an "AS-IS" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cupely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any disputes between partners.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Cupely may also suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cupely is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes and Contact
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the App after any revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
